Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
